We advise companies, management teams and shareholders on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and other specialist transactions.

Handling End to End recruitment activities.• Study the job description thoroughly and understand it properly • To understand the Clients requirement and help them in every stage of recruitment.• To prioritize the requirement given by the Clients• Find the candidates from different Job portals.• Shortlist candidates based on their profile, communication skills and good references.• Negotiating compensation packages to get the candidate on board.• Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their Date of joining and keep a track of the same.• Review recruitment cycle time to time for every case & provide analysis.• Conduct Background / Reference Checks for all the selected candidates.• Sourcing of resources from various channels, like Job Portals, referral programs, Personal network.• Sourcing, pre-interviewing, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations.• Dynamic, creative and result oriented business professional along with IT skills.• Extensively worked on different job portals and professional networking site such as, Monster, Naukri, Linkedin• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
