 Ensuring order fulfilment of top 300 Drop Ship sellers within defined time for better customer experience. Reduced order fulfilment TAT to 3 days from 7 days. Resolving all seller queries relating to content, price, inventory, payments & returns. 100% First Mile Pickup through LSPs/aggregators.  Ensure all Logistics partners return to sellers within 15 days of order delivery or in 45 days of dispatched.  Core member for Seller panel tool creation and implementation & adaptation to all dropship suppliers. Initiated Aggregator model (consolidation) to cater more sellers & reduce the cost.  Facilitate warehouse policy documentation and made sure the adherence of same. Continuous follow up with all sellers for fulfilling stock to Fulfilment centres. Interface cross-functionally at all levels within the divisions of the company i.e. Customer Support, Third party logistics providers, Category team, Sourcing team, IT team.  Resolving all sync related issue of seller panel vis-a-vis In-house system.

 Manage the overall operations of bilaspur/Pataudi mother-hub. Move the shipments faster to delivery hubs along with maintaining accuracy. Keeping track of misroute, damage & in-transit shipments. Allocate & Manage manpower (150) resources based upon changing needs. Solving the problems related to short/excess. Analyze data to allow for monitoring performance and plan any necessary improvements. Co-ordinate with warehouse team for smooth & timely receiving the shipments. Co-ordinate with legal team for arranging the waybills/road permits & their proper utilization. Co-ordinate with transport team for vehicle management/movement.

RDC Operations- Manage the overall operations of all 10 RDCs. Monitoring 3PL on daily basis. Ensuring timely gate entry/exit in all regional Distribution Hubs & their stores. Keeping track of in transit, insurance claim for regional Distribution Hubs. Report Generation on Daily basis.Planning- Make daily dispatch plan for all stores from regional Hubs & ensuring its full implementation. Plan for the reverse GRT pickup/reverse logistics whenever required. Plan for some special orders/corporate orders for timely & efficient delivery.Routing- Primary Vehicle routing- Main Hub to RDCs through own vehicle/transporter depending upon the cost. Secondary Vehicle routing- RDCs to stores through own vehicles. Keeping a close look at the fleet of the vehicles, determining & analyzing trip costs. Coordinating with all transporters for timely delivery at all regional distribution Hubs. Coordinating with all the stores for timely offloading & vehicle availability for next day`s plan.

Responsibilities: Efficiently monitoring:- Overall warehouse operations flow to ensure process efficiency.- All inbound & outbound shipments as per norms & ensure 100% accuracy.- Timely packing & dispatching of the material to stores as per store requirements. Ensuring timely invoice matching, GRN & documentations in SAP. Maintaining stock / inventory with valuation. Coordinating with vendors & buyers for inbound shipments & return goods. Assisting in daily receiving report, dispatching report, short supplies & discrepancy report.
