Sourcing and recruiting qualified IT & engineering, design, drafting, technician working in the IT, aeronautical, manufacturing, automotive, chemical, civil/structural, electrical, environmental, industrial, mechanical, petroleum, medical device, financial, insurance, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications.• Partnering with Hiring Managers directly to understand the job requirement and sourcing strategies.• Maintaining a talent pipeline of qualified candidates through various sources and updating them continuously on ATS. • Sourcing candidates on various job portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, ZipRecruiter using referrals, references as well.• Effectively conducting first round of interview (via Skype or phone) to test the technical skills of the candidate. Conducting complete technical screening of the candidates.• Verifying the visa status, IDs of the candidates and taking the required details before submitting them for various positions.
