We made an agreement with Jotun Paints and were appointed as the Exclusive distributor in Nigeria for Marine & Protective Coatings in Feb 2008.• I headed the company and handled the various verticals of the company reporting to the Share holders.• Responsible for all the functions – Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR & Admin.• Ensure business and operations run with the required standards of Safety, Ethics and Compliance.• Designing and driving strategy for long term business goals.• Represented the company to the various internal and external stake holders.Key Achievements – • Turned around the company from a loss making company to a reputable company with double digit EBIT.• Single handedly started the Jotun business in Nigeria.
