Let us cocreate a livable place where no one is left behind. Through my intuition and genuine concern over poverty and sustainable development, I will create a long-lasting, fruitful, and decent work within the team and organization where personal values are recognized and tied up with the bigger picture of the organization to human development eradicating poverty and making difference in the life of poor people. The only way to eradicate the poverty, creation of equal opportunity, and better off living condition is to develop institutions and organizations which core vision is for sustainable development in the mind, human development in the heart, and ecosystem conservation in the soul.Along the way, Wicked problems and unethical behaviors are silent poison and major hindrance to the effort of poverty eradication, sustainable development, and creation of a society based on equality, justice, and quality livings with harmonious relation with ecosystem and nature. Therefore, organizations under the defensive umbrella of agile and effective leadership striving for knowledge, service, and innovation in the heart and flexibility, transparency, and resilience in mind with a strong team guided by personal commitment, ethics, and values aligned with a shared vision for greater goods, can make the change in the life of poor and powerless people. Above and Beyond, playing sports like badminton and volleyball, traveling to new places, and reading books and newspapers is my passion. It reinforces me with widening my horizon of knowledge, service, and leadership traits at the end of the day. In addition, my experience in military service over two decades in different capacities inside and in the international arena will be instrumental to work as a team under difficult and adverse condition.
