I have more than 18 years of experiences in different job roles starting with education, skill development in semiconductor domain and industry experience with spec-to-prototype and developing test board for prototype testing.For last almost 5 years I have worked for semiconductor industry to deliver projects, managing large teams and served as a global manager handling global teams and customers. I have setup the key process in the organization to bring the quality in delivery, engineering productivity with complete automation. My key engagement in last 3 years driving the organization and scaling up engineering resources with strategic team building and crisis management with academia collaborations and skill development programs. I have established relations with IIT, and top universities to build the semiconductor ecosystem and productive engagements driving ROI.Prior to this experience, I have played a key role working with NSDC to produce skilled resources. Almost 1500 students are trained at different levels and they are now working with top notch semiconductor companies at different roles.I have reached the new horizon of being an incubacy under KIIT-TBI driving the innovation to prototype development for smart agriculture module with multi-sensory interface module for IoT-based solution using MSP430 system modules.I have a through subject mater understanding during the engagement as an assistant professor driving research and innovation, mentoring students for project design contest (CDN live 2013, 2014, and 2015) wining team, and 14 published standard research articles and 3 are in review stage in the field of low power chip design, approximate computing, and image processing applications.I am looking forward to collaborate, to mentor the nextGen start-ups and setting up new standards in semiconductor skill development.
