Senior Supply Chain Manager
Current• Accountable for diverse portfolio comprising Planning & Execution of domestic & international businesses, Cold chain operations, Physician sample, and Contract management of >250 contingent workers.• Align and execute demands and supply flow of over 1,000 SKUs to minimize backorders and maximized fill rates up to 99% for business of $215 MM.• Focus within the replenishment plan is to optimize inventory levels and identification, assessment, and mitigation of supply risks is a key priority in the daily activities.• Led, directed, evaluated, and developed a team of logistics operations staff at 25 Distribution centers and 3 HUBs for business of >$300 MM.• Was responsible to measure DCs and HUB Performance, reporting of results, and provide appropriate CAPA in case of the performance below target.• Was core team member for consolidation of DCs and Warehousing Infrastructure from 94 to 33 in span of 6 years as a part of ONE ABBOTT project.• Represent Supply Chain in BRM, S&OP, SARM, and other cross- functional meetings.• Organize and lead operational meetings with distributors and internal stake holders to ensure execution of company strategies on international tender, commercial policies.• Facilitating the Audits for local and global QA, EHS, Finance and Operations conducted at regular intervals and ensure “No critical” observations with continuous improvement.• Ensures serialization & traceability of export consignment and compliance of bar code implementation with software requirements.• Lead medium and large SAP projects. Utilize and create Power BI reports. • Work effectively with staff located in the US, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives and Bhutan.
