• Basic & detail engineering of electrical system for Process plant & substation.• Preparation of data sheets and specification for electrical equipment such as Motor, VFD, Transformer, DG and Switchgear, UPS, ACDB, PMCC, cables, JBs, etc.• Development and checking of Single Line Diagrams and Control Schematics. • Transformer, DG set, PFIC, and Cable sizing and Voltage drop calculation. • Preparation of procurement engineering activities that includes RFQ/ Material requisition, Vendor document review, technical query and technical bid evaluation.• Lighting Calculations, earthing calculation and finalization various layouts viz. lighting layout, earthing layout, power layout etc.• Review & approval of Vendor documents, datasheet, drawings & QAP/ITP etc. during project engineering.• Inspection & testing of electrical products i.e. circuit breaker, transformer, motor, LV/HV switchgear, cables, junction boxes & insulator etc.

• Design, validate and integrate the electrical & electronic components into the control system.• Design calculation & sizing for Alternator, circuit breaker, CT/PT, Cable, relay, controllers, sensors, harness etc for different types of emergency/Standby Genset application.• Release of new parts, drawing revisions, release of new shop orders as per revised scope of supply. • Coordination with suppliers for the Prototype Development. Worked Prototype field testing, rectification of field problems. Porting Prototype to final product.• Routine test, Type testing (FAT/SAT), Calibration of genset products.• Well versed with engineering documentation & organizational practices.• Cost reduction & value engineering project and timely implementation.• Inter departmental co-ordination to release project deliverables within time plan.

• Engineering Projects / Contract execution for LT/HT switchgears & system and providing engineering consultancy for USA, Germany, and Italy. • Study the customer specification of Switchboards required in Substations/Generating Stations/Industrial Applications.• Preparation of Protection schemes (control & power circuit) for the Switchboards as per Specification and customer purpose drawings on Promise*E, AutoCAD software’s.• Auto Bus Transfer schemes required in Power plants, CPP etc.• Contract review & Preparation of technical specification, selection of electrical power equipment and preparation of BOM, necessary engineering documentation.• Review of switchgear General arrangement drawings, layout drawings, cross-sectional drawings, foundation drawings and co-ordination with mechanical team for necessary changes, if required from customer & timely submission.• Coordinating with the Customer for drawings approval as well technical clarifications.• Releasing of BOM to purchase department.• Nominated by international team for global macro development. Key member in implementation of Eplan & MVE (Software used in medium voltage engineering).
