Project Electrical job management

 Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical erection, testing and commissioning works at site which mentioned below. PCC/MCC/PDB/SLDB/Capacitor Panel/UPS/Battery Bank installation, testing and commissioning. Transformer and its Bus-duct installation, testing and commissioning. Review of Method Statements Prepared by Contractors for Electrical installation activities Ensure all safety practices are followed by contractor in line with approved method statement, JSA and work permit Participating in Dynamic Risk assessment during execution of the work Visual inspection of materials received at site and advising material controller on his observations Ensure that the latest revision drawings are used during inspection / monitoring of the progress of work Check and authorize materials being issued by to contractor as free issue based on review of test certificates / documents Coordinating with other discipline and other contractors for smooth execution in sequential way to manage interfaces Stage wise inspections, witness test at site as per QA Plans Monitoring of quality activities at site Resolve day to day issues faced on technical matters Highlight the field problems, non- conformity, deviations etc. using Site Technical Query (STQ) procedure. Witnessing testing & commissioning of Electrical Items. Prepare punch list and ensure that all points are attended by Contractor Coordinating with HO and Vendors for resolving all problems faced during installation at site Verification of contractors measurement sheets and Running bills & Final Bill certification Involvement in continuity check Loop checking activities related to E&I Interfaces Involvement in commissioning of package Electricals. Involvement during mechanical completion and assisting for Pump and Motor trail runs Obtaining As built mark ups from contractor and checking the same.

 In Operation and Maintenance field we attain Preventive maintenance as per schedule and Predictive Maintenance attain as early as possible and Breakdown maintenance attain immediate of Electrical Equipment. Carrying out Risk Assessment for all Operation & Maintenancee activities and ensuring safe and smooth maintenance job by following various Safe Working Practices and Procedures like ‘Permit to Work’, ‘Lock Out-Tag Out’, 'Electrical Safety', 'Work at Height', etc. Operation and Maintenance of 33KV Panel, 0.415 KV Panel, PMCC Panel, VFD Drives, Circuit Beakers, EHT panel & HT & LT Power Transformer, HT and LT Motors, Solar Power system , UPS and Battery Bank System, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System, Gas Engine generator, Diesel Engine Generator. Trouble shooting of PMCC, MCC, LT & HT panel. Knowledge of Hi-pot test for Circuit Breakers, Cables , Bus Bars , Bus Ducts , etc. Maintenance of 11-33 kV Over Head Line. Trouble shooting and maintenance of all kind of lights like HPMV/ HPSV flood light, street light, tube light, High Mast etc. Knowledge of Hazardous area identification and electrical equipment maintenance. Handling Develops and directs work plans during normal, planned and emergency shutdowns Activities. Monitoring the Serviced Gas Engine Generator Parameters. Regularly taken standby GEG and EDG No load trial Run and observed its Parameters. Every 6 Month Check the Resistance of Earth pit. It's maintain below 1 ohm in Grid and below 5 ohm with out Grid. Check the Earth integrity of Vessels, Piping and Panels. After declaration of completion of each system by contractor, check the system with contractor and raise the checklist. Supervision of Installation of SCAD-PLC System, Gas detector, instruments like PT,DPT,TE,TT.

Testing and commissioning of Electrical equipment in oil and gas Refinery like MV/LV motors, MV/LV Panels, Cathodic protection and Heat Tracing.o Testing and commissioning of Electrical lighting Distribution system and ELCBs. Condition monitoring, Functional checks, Scheme checks and Solo run of LT and HT Motors including Testing and Commissioning.o Testing of Motor Operating Valve and MV Vacuum Contactors.o Testing and commissioning of Power and Distribution Transformers, Air Circuit breakers, CT, PT etc.o LCS Functional test and Scheme Check.o Motor Solo Run Test.
