CurrentI am responsible for Digital Platforms Technology. Along with my team, I deliver digital capabilities for bank's retail, preferred, small business and wealth customers. The job involves leading the development of next generation of personalized client experiences in functions like Sales, Servicing, Payments, Retirement, Trading. It also includes enablement of Mobile and Erica (AI Chat Bot) channels. We also create interface platform for Open Banking, which provides secure, consented data access for our customers who choose to use any of the third party Fintech apps to manage their financial lives. I am involved in our Cloud Strategy and Containerization efforts. I have supported setting up and led Architecture and Enabling Services function that provides horizontal architecture services and supports large transformation programs. I have been a member of D&I and Employee Engagement council. I played a key role in establishing LGBTQ+ network in India and initiating several programs targeted at refreshing policies and growing awareness. This work has fetched several global accolades including recent Out & Equal Ally Changemaker award and gave me speaking opportunity at various international forums. I have also led horizontal improvement programs covering Great Place to Work, Talent Development, Operational Excellence, Risk and Innovation as additional responsibilities with great outcomes in terms of high employee satisfaction scores, hard $ savings, large number of patents and global recognitions.Earlier, I have led Operations Technology team and have provided technology delivery for functions like Mortgage Origination, Servicing, Speciality Servicing, Consumer Credit Assistance, Claims, Complaints, Document Content and Record Services and Enterprise Transaction Services. It also included end to end leadership to several multi-million, multi-year large change programs leveraging emerging technologies.
