• Lead one or more teams and contribute in developing and carrying out Organizational Change Management (OCM) Digital Transformation activities for significant transformation projects, such as but not limited to solutions for stakeholder involvement, change management, training, communications, organization design and governance, and culture that help leading clients achieve their digitalization objectives.• Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.• Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for managing opex and running a services.• Streamline processes, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency and driving profitability.• To develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.• To analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for managing opex and optimizing spending.• Lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and build a culture of collaboration and accountability.• Assist in the coordination of content developed by internal and external sources including collateral, blogs, use cases, and graphics.
