For Existing Properties: * Review of Operating Performance of the properties. * Evaluating and analyzing the financial performance. * Giving input to the Management in presentation on the performance and analysis of the variance.* Review and Rationalization of cost and expenses keeping in mind industry standard and GHM's style and service standards, wherever required. * Review and Preparation of Plan, Procedure and Operating Manuals and recommend necessary change as necessary, and getting the same implemented. For New Projects * Review and negotiation of Hotel Management Agreements with the Developer.* Preparation of initial Financial Projections based on market study of revenue and all relevant cost. * Evaluating Project Cost along with Developers to achieve mutually desired results. * Negotiation and Finalisation of Legal documents and Management Contracts. * Support developer during construction phase of the project in value engineering and overall cost of the project.* Preparation of OS & E budget in consultation with the GHM operation department. * Preparation of Pre-opening budget and provide necessary support for the opening of the properties.
