Currently, I serve as the Head of the Department of Rural and Urban Development at Institut Catholique de Kabgayi (ICK), where I previously lectured in food processing technologies and agribusiness.As the Founder and Managing Director of AGRO-MO Ltd, established in 2021 amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, I am committed to sustainable agriculture and resilient food systems. My prior experience as a Marketing Manager provided me with extensive insights into value chains across Rwanda, where I optimized marketing strategies to drive growth.I am a proud Fellow of the Africa Food System Leadership Fellowship and a member of RAWISE (Rwanda Association of Women in Science and Engineering) and a member of National Women Council, where I oversee Social Affairs in Muhanga District. These roles allow me to champion women empowerment and social change.My passion for agriculture extends to my role as an Agrinfluencer and a member of the Rwandan Youth in Agribusiness Forum (RYAF), where I work to dismantle stereotypes about agriculture and promote it as a field for the educated and informed. I am also a lifelong learner and alumni of ITC ILO, having completed various courses during the COVID-19 pandemic.Additionally, I am involved in the Africa SDGs Mentorship Program by AIIDEV, focusing on SDG2 (Zero Hunger). My leadership journey includes completing a one-year program with the University of Georgia's Africa Civic Engaged Academy, which further ignited my passion for leadership and community development.I am eager to connect with professionals and organizations that share my vision for a sustainable and equitable future, driving impact in food security, sustainable agriculture, and women's empowerment.
