1. Procurement of overall Furniture’s for properties, home décor, interior fit outs and furnishings (Customized Products), and LED/LCD TV’s, Home appliances and overall office requirements. ( TV Brands Procured Samsung, Miramax, Intex, VU, Baron, Sharp, TCL, Shinco, and Appliances brand – Samsung, Croma, Bajaj, Prestige, Godrej, Whirlpool, Bosch.). IT Products – PC’s, Laptops, Workstations, Software. IT hardware.2. Finalizing vendors and commercial terms: Running a detailed RFQ process with national / regional vendors to consolidate requirements and achieve most efficient procurement in terms of quality, cost and time.3. Vendor management & budgeting Team handling and coordinate with different departments Material Management / Logistics Follow ups Managing Inward & outward movement of stock.4. Vendor Development & Contract management, Review, evaluate and discuss contract requests as needed, and assuring contract drafts accurately represent negotiated business terms.5. Ensuring timely ordering and delivery of items across locations: Based on future projections and actual requirements from nodes at different locations,6. Building and maintaining vendor relationships: Continue to enhance and develop the vendor base through different avenues of international sourcing, online sourcing, developing sourcing and logistics partners.7. Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency8. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports9. Ensuring to track and Maintain vendor performance Reports.10. Troubleshoot all Vendor problems and present to management as requirements.11. Involvement in finalizing Rate Contracts and Term Contracts.

1. Coordinating with Vendors for timely dispatch of Products.2. Visiting the Vendor’s Place for checking the manufacturing process. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries3. Meeting with New Vendors for best products and Prices. 6. Training the workers in Handling and Assembling of products on requirement. 7. Negotiating on Existing and New Contractual terms and Conditions 8. Building and maintaining vendor relationships: Continue to enhance and develop the vendor base through different avenues of international sourcing, online sourcing, developing sourcing and logistics partners.10. Involvement in finalizing Rate contracts and Term Contracts.

Job Profile:1. Inspecting and Approving of all Inward Materials like Wood, Metal, Acrylic, and Glass.2. Monitoring of all shop floor activities related to quality.3. Line Inspection in the shop-floor.4. Verifying quality requirements are specified to vendors and Clients documentation submittals.5. Coordinating with production team for completion of Snags6. Handling Stage wise inspection team and Finished Product inspection.7. Inspection of Job work Products, (Powder coating, Chrome plating) Approval as per sample.8. Inspection and Approving of the finished goods before dispatch.9. Conducting of the Internal quality audits in every Quarter, CAPA Activity and Maintain the QC Reports10. Training the production workers in updated work procedures and productions.11. Visiting the site After Installation for Visual Check.12. Handling Procurement activity, purchasing Raw materials like Plywood, Board, Metal pipes and Hardware and Fixtures.13. Giving awareness to Workers for Usage of PPE’s and Safety measurements
