CurrentManaging Software & product Development team. Major accountability is to understand client requirement (RFP) of government and semi-government organizations for their digitization work, solution designing & product development, presentation & demo to the company. Designing functional & technology solution, process excellence/optimization, project stakeholders’ meetings, controlling project accounts, project scheduling, strategic operation planning & implementation, addressing technical concerns, technology integration, setting up team goals.Significant Highlights:- Managing development, testing and documentation team- Managing development and implementation of programs- Plan and design the structure of a technology solution, process optimization & workflow- Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams- Understand client needs to define system/solution specifications- Communicate system requirement (JIRA & Azure DevOps) to software development teams- Evaluate project needs for selection of right software or hardware and suggest integration approach- Supervise assigned programs and provide guidance to software team- Designing agreed/proposed solutions to the company- Support & guide to solving technical/operational problems- Ensure the solution of technical concerns and mitigate the technical concerns issues- Monitor project to ensure the client and business goals are met- Prioritize the project work and ensure the project commitments met and delivered as scheduled- Tender process/requirement analysis and prepare presentation/demo for technical evaluation- Ensuring operation issues resolved timely and corrective actions are implemented- Ensure the implementation of approved application, architecture and infrastructure- Responsible for process optimization, workflow design, functional specification, SRS & user manual- Working with lead generation team to ensure the proper understanding of client requirement & questions
