Currently I helm a team of 15 members, where I play a pivotal role in steering routine and periodic highway Maintenance operations. My responsibility extends to collaborating closely with Consultants and Independent Engineers to ensure seamless Highway Maintenance. I am adept at overseeing contractors, ensuring that all the works meet the IRC and MoRTH standards of quality and efficiency. I have hands on experience is new technologies like HiMA(Highly modified Aspalt), SMA (Stone Matrix Asphalt), RAP (Recycled Aphalt Pavement).
