To coordinate with production planning team for the execution of production schedule includes: daily production planning, raw material delivery, product readiness and finished goods dispatch.To liaise with production supervisor to get optimum plant parameters in order to obtain best quality, yields and minimum operating cost.To monitor overall plant performance with respect to quality, productivity, operational cost and safety on daily basis.To maintain excellent housekeeping in the workplace according to 5S guideline and ensure all plant activities are strictly followed to safety SOP.To constantly update top management team on the productivity, manpower, material issues relating to production in a regular interval.To suggest new modification or new project proposals for continuous improvement of the plant.To optimize manpower utilization with proper planning and control of manpower hours without compromising productivity and quality.To assist Senior Production Manager in overall department management.

-Engage with customer & manufacturer; size suitable water treatment equipment to suitcustomer requirements. Selection of equipment is according to the type of liquid transferred;either chemical or water application, flow rate & pressure head required; material selection andetc.-Visit wastewater treatment plant of the end-user factory and liaise with end-user in providingproduct servicing and plan for preventive maintenance schedule.-Responsible for servicing & repairing job, visited customer site to define the problem, identifythe installation spot, and preparing a quotation.-Monitor and ensure timely delivery of purchases from manufacturers. The concern of deliveryperiod according to manufacturing lead time and mode of transportation versus cost andexpedite if required.-Organize technician for site installation & frequently travel to customer's site for post-jobsurvey and maintenance planning.-Mainly targeted customer in both India & Malaysia

-Assisting the Marketing Team & Manager in market research/product application study anddevelopment of marketing plans.-Work closely with the operational team to study customer’s requirements and proposesolutions / new product development ideas.-Assist & produce Technical Requirement Document and Product Requirement Document.-Work with suppliers/vendors to identify issues with new products.-Conduct periodic product analysis and optimize as needed.
