My key strengths include production, quality assurance, planning & control and promoting good working habits.Presently associated with Kanti Beverage Private Limited spearheading as the Plant Manager where I optimize labour and material and equipment resources to maximise process efficiency, make manufacturing processes more profitable, lean and efficient, control and maintain plant expenditure through effective budgeting and cost control.Throughout my tenure my experience has been in operations & production, engineering, quality in Beverages industry (packaged drink water, carbonated soft drink, natural juice and RTD) and demonstrated abilities to enhance the production operations thereby ensuring optimum utilization of resources, maximum utilization of manpower/machinery.I have a long list of historical achievements and have a track record of building high impact plant teams who exceed results. I can provide the leadership, direction, and management for all aspects of the plant's manufacturing operation, and as a hardworking, dedicated, and eager leader I will have no problem providing strategic direction for the plants employees.
