Developed and implemented inbound marketing strategies which include blog on the Sustainability Microsite which has helped increase brand awareness, created thought leadership and increased visitor numbers by using Google Analytics to measure the website’s performance. Developing frequent and relevant content has helped with SEO for the microsite.Produce and maintain high performance CRM strategies including managing the CRM system, customer retention, customer feedback, segmentation and analysis.Provide business insight into market conditions as well as new market opportunities and market forecast.
