During my third year summer break I got a chance to work under the guidance of one of the Senior Scientists Dr Malay Kumar Karmakar, Thermal Department at CMERI Durgapur, West Bengal where I was working on Fluidised Bubbling Bed System and my objective was to study of a cold model of a Fluidised Bubbling Bed System, hydrodynamically, and study the flow of the mixture out of the bed holes.Accountabilities:- Developed a bubbling fluidised bed cold model.- Created a 3D model of bubbling cap.- Analysis the pressure at the inlet of bubbling cap and velocity analysis for at the outlet of the bubbling cap.Achievements:- Worked under the guidance of Senior Scientist Dr Malay Kumar Karmakar.- Developed an efficient design of the Bubbing cap.

To study the manufacturing of ball bearing which included three phases- Post Processing line, Assembly line and Packaging line.
