In 2012, Sergey enrolled at the Russian State Social University in the Department of Communication Management, where he gained skills as a marketing manager and learned how to analyze both specific events and general market trends. In 2016, he defended his Bachelor's thesis, which presented the results of developing his own small business in the field of pet products, among which were multiple notably high indicators of economic efficiency at different stages of the business' development.Thereafter Sergey began to establish his career as a Project Manager at a world-renowned international company, Baskin Robbins. Sergey showed high competence as a leader of event management for BR™, managed the company's sightseeing activities, and was responsible for implementing marketing strategies and meeting key product sales targets.Sergey concurrently earned a Master's degree (2017-2019) at the Russian State University for the Humanities. His Master's thesis focused on secularisation theory, particularly via the lens of Japanese religious leaders, movements, sects, schools, and philosophies. He additionally investigated the cultural, historical, and social significance of Buddhist, Taoist, Confucian, Shinto, and Christian teachings, as well as their interrelations.In 2019, his life journey took its biggest shift: Sergey left Baskin Robbins in search of a role more closely aligned with his desire to contribute to scientific and humanistic progress. This is why he took on a role of a Project Manager at another international company -- The Global Energy Association. During his time with the association, Sergey has contacted thousands of professionals, analysts, and scientists in the fields of energy, physics, chemistry, and other technical sciences, as well as governmental, political, and public figures. He has built a scientific base of professionals hand in hand with his colleagues and is involved in creating breakthrough content for a sustainable energy future. His core humanistic values are to treat every person he encounters with care and respect and to always afford advice and support.
