Head of Operations- Oversee daily operations for all retail locations and the head office.- Coordinate among departments: Production, Logistics, Retail, Projects, Administration, Marketing, HR, and Finance.- Analyze and improve operational processes, design new workflows, and set strategic goals.- Develop business strategies with senior leadership.- Ensure compliance and manage vendor relationships.Human Resources- Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.- Oversee learning and development initiatives.- Mentor and appraise employees for continuous improvement.Financial Management- Manage operational budgets and collaborate on financial data analysis.- Present MIS reports to senior leadership and investors.Retail Expansion- Coordinate with the Art Director on retail Experience Centres.- Lead project management, vendor management, sourcing, procurement, and visual merchandising.- Plan and execute launches with marketing and retail teams.- Foster client and guest relationships and oversee marketing and PR activities.Home Décor Operations- Manage buying and procurement for home décor and accessories.- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate optimal pricing.- Develop in-store and online communications for new products.- Review product performance and develop strategic actions.- Oversee private label and proprietary product development.Brand Director- Identify and pursue brand amplification opportunities.- Maintain global brand standards.- Oversee advertising, marketing, and PR strategies.- Recruit, train, and coach marketing and sales staff.- Manage events and trade shows, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
