- Responsible for:- Dynamic and consistent growth in revenue by multiple folds and significantly improved profitability of the company.- Diversifying product-line and services, establishing new avenues, and developing new categories.- Elevating over-all shopping experience, leading showroom-sales team, developing sales tools and resources to optimize team performance.- Providing comprehensive design advisory to a variety of clients for their residential, office, and/or commercial furnishing and decor needs.- Attending International Furniture and Interior Design Markets, selecting new trends/ sourcing new products and negotiating with vendors.- Design, planning, and execution of branding, year-round Marketing/ Advertising/ Social media campaigns, blogs, flyers, and website content.- Design, plan, and supervise new Vignettes, showroom decor, and showroom renovation projects from concept through completion.
