Working within digital projects:- Digital Strategy for a mining company, with a focus on improvement of profitability and redesign of IT & digital operating model- Digital Ecosystem Strategy for a telecom company, with the goal to increase revenues through direct and indirect effects from ecosystem play

- Central Bank Digital Currency implementation for National Bank of Kazakhstan: manage project staffing (20+ team members) and collaborate with 10+ organisations, including government entities, fintech players, and banks- Digital Strategy for Kazakhstan’s Central Depositary: led a team of 4 consultants to develop strategy deliverables (architecture, TCO analysis, and roadmap)

Leaded Change Management stream for TCO (unit of Chevron) IT projects:- Digital Contractors Timesheet Project: managed the transition from paper-based timesheets to digital ones for >50k contractors, which led to an annual cost optimisation of over 1 million USD- Implementation of GIS: collaborated with Drilling, Maintenance, HSE and Logistic teams to implement a single geographic information system at the Tengiz base, which led to improvement in the planning process and increased field operations efficiency

- Managed Group’s Organisational Design stream in 13 subsidiaries with 40 team members- Reduced 10% of the Group’s G&A personnel costs (250 million USD) through reengineering of business processes and optimisation of organisational structure
