The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing tactical and strategic HR support to the Pakistan country Office. This position is responsible for implementation of various Ipas HR programs and initiatives in line with established Ipas policies and processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, maintenance and communications around HR policies, benefits management, contingent worker relations, and facilitation of HR training and workshops. This role may also take responsibility for security activities in the office and for staff during work activities. The position reports to the Country Director, liaises closely with all units in Ipas Pakistan and is based in Islamabad, Pakistan
