Becoming an active member and participating in various activities with SRE

During my tenure as Vice President of the Energy Systems Engineering Student Association (KMSE), my team and I have successfully implemented several work programs, including:Leadership Development: Through a cadre development program, we strive to foster leadership qualities in all KMSE members, particularly the first generation. This program equips members with essential leadership skills and encourages them to take on active roles within the organization.PKKMB Implementation: We actively participated as a committee in the 2023 and 2024 Student Orientation Programs (PKKMB) for new Energy Systems Engineering students. Our involvement included organizing and facilitating various orientation activities to help new students adapt to campus life. Furthermore, we held a welcome parade to provide a warm reception and foster a sense of belonging among the incoming students.Self-Capacity Enhancement: I participated in the Student Leadership and Personality Training (LKKMM) at Telkom University as a representative of KMSE. This program aimed to enhance my leadership competencies, which I will subsequently share with all KMSE members. By improving my own leadership skills, I can effectively contribute to the growth and development of the organization as a whole.

Prior to my appointment as Vice President, the entire first generation of Energy Systems Engineering students and I shared a strong vision to establish an organization that could facilitate student self-development, both academically and in terms of leadership. This shared aspiration led us to initiate the founding of the Energy Systems Engineering Student Association (KMSE). We recognized the need for a dedicated platform where students could enhance their skills, explore their potential, and contribute to the growth of the Energy Systems Engineering community.

have engaged in numerous community service activities alongside Telkom University lecturers, which have been enriching experiences. These activities have ranged from conducting digital literacy training for local communities to assisting with environmental conservation projects. Collaborating with the lecturers has provided me with valuable insights into their expertise and allowed me to learn from their practical experiences.These community service endeavors have not only benefited the community but also contributed to my personal and professional development. By applying my academic knowledge in real-world settings, I have gained a deeper understanding of social issues and developed essential skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Moreover, these experiences have instilled in me a strong sense of civic responsibility and a passion for making a positive impact on society.
