This will ensure optimized product knowledge for efficient customer need identification and proposing right solutions.To conduct sales presentations and product demos of our online solutions to customers.Gather information of competition activities. Competition here would be any travel IT Company and other GDS’s.Innovation – to suggest internal teams on new ideas and proposed solutions, this would increase revenue opportunities for the organization.Report information to management on weekly basis on sales activities and market intelligence.Manage agreements (efficient document/report management) for CAP and CAU.To coordinate with Amadeus head office for processing of the NDA, Agreements and invoices.To coordinate, delegate and follow-up with internal Ecommerce, sales teams and regions for new leads and day to day operations (for managing/increasing online sales).Monthly report to be generated to the management summarizing MIS data suggesting updated information on e commerce sales (CAPs/CAUs/IBE sales/booking count).

Hotel Contract Loading• Maintain SLA & SLO for the work assigned. • Prioritize and assign task to the agents, so that all contracts are within SLA.• Communicate and share process updates with the team.• Quality check for the contracts loaded by the agents.• Interpret the information provided in the contract for rates, inventory, taxes, policies etc.• Assist new agents in learning the process.• Cross trained to work in different processes of EHCL.• Communicate with the clients for any process related issues.• Performing additional requests received from clients.• Preparing daily/monthly reports requested by Managers.BML Manual Shopping• Complete the process of shopping within given time span.• Communicate directly with the clients for any queries regarding the process.• Notify clients through sales force when discrepancies are found.Team Coach• Training new joiners regarding the process.• Conducting TNAs on a monthly basis.• Communicate with clients to get updates on the process.• Refresh the team on the updates on a regular basis.Airline Contract Management• Analyze contract signed between the Airline and the corporate.• Identify the discounts, goals and performance targets.• Update the identified discounts, goals and performance targets in Travel Trax.• Capture airline incentive contract to be used for measuring financial benefits and tracking performance goals.• Identify the corporate or agency incentive agreements. • Monitor monthly transactional data feeds to provide the airline reports used to track customer performance.• Matching the individual transactions with the applicable exhibit/market/discount parameters in the contract.• Calculate the discount for which the ticket was eligible.• Evaluate reports that allow corporations to calculate their best mix of carriers based on the discounts being offered.• Identify the goals which are applicable for group of markets based on either market share or volume of revenue/segments.
