- Lean Six Sigma Consultant-Lean six Sigma implementation for services-Trainings & workshops and project coaching. -Various levels from shopfloor to management (Hospitality, Conference centre, Cleaning, Logistics, Front desk, back office, onsite management)-Lean practitioners / Green Belt project coaching-approx €---K savings ( by eliminating waste, working smarter and better results for the customers)Responsibilities:•       To drive and implement the Continuous Improvement ambition within the team at Tata Steel.•       To chair the monthly update with the CI Captains.•       To define project difficulties and levels (Green Belt / Yellow Belt / Quick Wins) with onsite management team.•       To assess project initiatives with the General Manager.•       To train and coach the participants the methodology of Lean thinking (workshops) and share Lean knowledge and guidance on site.•       To support management team with steering the Lean process of the project execution.•       To maintain a cross-functional, continuous improvement focused infrastructure.•       To promote knowledge sharing / exchange best practices.•       To be responsible on delivery of process and savings and high level project planning.•       To report progress and results to the client and Senior Management Compass Group.•       To have the right to decide the Go/ No go during a tollgate review of Yellow Belt Projects•       To be the CI focal point for Tata Steel within the CI program of Eurest Services. -other activities (Performance Score Card, Analyzing Customer Surveys, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Client Reviews)
