Reviewing the RFQ’s received from different sites• Ensure the requested items are not under Long term price agreed list• Segregate requested items to Technical (Civil, MEP) & Non-Technical (Furniture, IT Products, Stationery, Ticket Booking, House Hold Items) • Select reliable vendors according to the requirement• Sending Enquiries to the selected vendors• Obtaining Quotations from the vendors with closed follow up• Evaluate the quotations by ensuring Quality, Delivery & Price are competitive• Expediting for timely delivery with vendors• Resolving conflict with wrong delivery and supplier issues• Resolving issues with finance and ensure vendors are getting paid in time• Maintain good relationship with vendors• Ensure the vendors are registered within the company submitting relevant documents•
