Complete review of Projects received, verification of calculations as per cost model worksheet, ensuring adequate Loss Job Provisions on account of foreseeable loss on new projects and finalization of profit number for the period 3. Periodic Cost Audit of Projects including Analysis & Reporting on Pre Post Gap of budgeted Estimates v/s actual costs to senior management team and unearth cost overruns in the project4. Responsible for Financial Planning that involved Budgeting & Forecasting including related co-ordination with functional departments, Revamp of the Budget Model with a more objective approach
