• Provide technical support to partner organizations on child protection, child rights governance, case management & youth resilience issues• Planning, budgeting, financial & administrative activities• Preparing reports & documentation of project activities according to the donor requirements• Participate in monitoring and evaluation exercises• Develop training modules & facilitate training especially in youth resilience & case management• Support to make a broad-based partnership between adolescents/youth, employers & civil society organizations• Develop IEC materials & dissemination of those materials• Partnership & networking with relevant stakeholders including Government officials, employers, civil society organizations• Coordinate between 3 sectors (Education for Youth Empowerment, Child Rights Governance & Child Protection) of Save the Children as an employee of an integrated project• Safeguarding Focal of Child Protection Sector• Member of a Committee entitled-"Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplaces of Department of Social Services"

• Develop Competency Based Training Materials on 18 Occupations in line with BTEB • Modify 4 common modules including Life Skills, Social Issues, Labour Rights and Decent Works & Entrepreneurship modules• Facilitate Training of Trainers (ToT) to the instructors to enhance their instructional skills for the trainees of different occupations • Prepare skill assessment/job market assessment plan & develop assessment tools• Coordinate training need assessment of project partners (Training Service Providers –TSPs, enterprises) and their capacity development• Contribute in planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluating of project interventions; ensure timeliness and quality of interventions carried out• Liaise closely with the private sector (enterprises, associations, specialized organizations), government bodies (such as BTEB, DTE, BMET, NSDC), (I) NGOs and other projects for the course and TLM development• Work with experts for update training packages on Competency-Based Training (CBT) Approach and Printing & Publication organizations for publishing materials.

• Facilitate orientation of Government line agencies on Inclusive Education for children and young persons with disabilities • Provide training and technical support to the partners and relevant stakeholders to address needs of Children with Disabilities for inclusive education• Advocacy with government line agencies to ensure rights, protection and safety nets as well as good governance for children and young persons • Action research on teacher’s preparation regarding inclusive education in primary level • Dissemination of information on Education Policy, UNCRC, UNCRPD and Rights and Protection Act of Persons with Disabilities in Bangladesh to relevant stakeholders • Develop training module on Inclusive Education with the recommendations from action research • Liaison maintain with the government’s line agencies (DPE, PEDP-3, NAPE, PTIs and URCs, BMET, BGMEA, UHO, Community clinics) • Support on project cycle management like planning of project activities, budgeting, implementing and monitoring of activities • Prepare donor reports and documentation of project activities

• Capacity develop of local government organizations on protection, rights and justice of children & youth• Establish a project action plan according to project proposal & implement project activity.• Coordinate the planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities • Partnership management with BLAST staffs and DPOs in different working locations for smooth implementation of the activities • Support partners to prepare budget and activity plan • Ensure that narrative and financial reporting and other donor requirements are met in line with donor agreements • Ensure relevant project and information which is regularly collected and updated to monitor the progress of the project implementation, by closely working with implementing partners including DPOs• Documentation of good practices • Advocacy to local government organizations on education, health, justice sectors.

• Developing ICT based teaching learning materials and training manuals for Innovations in Education programme • Facilitate training of teachers, school administrators, community people and parents on ICT in education • Orient students on how to use ICT in their regular learning process• Capacity development on Online Schools and Connecting Classrooms to the school and college teachers • Partnership maintain with British Council in Schools Online Program • Mentoring and Monitoring of Smart Classrooms and Computer Literacy Centres • Integrate e-Education with CLC (Computer Literacy Centre) and ensure necessary supports for CLC’s regarding e-Education

• Develop plan, prepare tools & conduct survey on violence against women & children in Bangladesh• Data analysis and make a detail report• Prepare monthly report on violence against women & children in Bangladesh & submit to MoWCA• Organize events and prepare event reports • Assist donor coordination activities under Ministry of Women and Children Affairs leadership • Liaison maintain with other Government organizations and other ministries as per required
