I have been involved in preparing and conducting board and committee meetings, annual report including BRSR reporting, esuring filing with registrar and SEBI, as well as liaising with stakeholders and authorities.I am a qualified Company Secretary (ACS) and a commerce graduate, with a keen interest in corporate governance and social responsibility. I have also completed a certified course on CSR from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and completed my LLB from Savitribai Phule Pune University. I have over three years of experience in the field of secretarial and legal, working with both listed and unlisted companies.
