At Present working as Head of Compliance and Support for a Fintech Startup; Prior to this, set up a Telesales center in Goa for a leading InsureTech OrganizationWorked as Head of Operations at Value Direct to set up the Customer Acquisition Operations for multiple Clients. Experience : Fintech Startups and Retail Operations Process Improvement (October 2015 till September 2017)- Based in Goa (India) for 3 different assignments : a) Seynse Technologies -as Call Center Manager - setting up borrower servicing process for their Digital Loans Portal; b)Freelance project as Process Consultant with a Design and Color Studio and Retail Chain, to streamline their Inventory Management system, and offer recommendations to increase logistics and cost efficiency; c) worked for an E-Commerce start-up called Browntape as Category/ Account Manager16+ years of experience in Team/ Process Management in BPO Operations and Customer Service - managing voice/ non-voice teams in Collections, Skip tracing, Accounts & Billing, Home Retention, Mortgage Servicing and various Semi-Technical support processes.Apart from Managing large Teams, I also have a strong inclination to be actively involved in the Quality and Risk Management, and have successfully managed specialized Teams like “High Balance Customers”, Escalations, Complaints and Litigation Research, Quality Assurance, Internal Audits, Process Improvements and Innovation Projects.
