Understand the risks and opportunities of the assigned project.Set up subcontracts according to the city policies, purchase orders, agreement with vendors and familiarizing with their scope of work.Pre-plan the project monthly schedule according to Stage Payment Statement with the Project Manager. Also, thoroughly studying the project plan drawings.Prepared RFI, Work Orders, Change Orders and communicating with client & consultant for resolving issues at hand.Daily progress report and internally entered site progress, assisted in monthly cost and financial forecasting.Plan all the operations with the team, scheduling crews, equipment and other resources based on the project need.Reports monthly project progress to the client.Coordinate with the procurement of construction materials ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of PO's. Expedite progress payment certificates, final payment certificates, and all extra work orders.Negotiation with Sub-contractors before the contract during RFP/RFQ.Documenting meeting minutes and circulating to the different departments.Coordinating the fieldwork activities on a daily basis.Discussing the technical reports with the Consultant to resolve the work.
