# Making Layout drawing / Ga drawing / Ventilation duct drawing of Air pollution control equipment's in Auto-cad like Bag filter, Mechanical dust collector, Cyclone, Heat recovery unit, Spark arrestor, etc. # Collaborate / Followup with customers on drawing approval, project execution, erection & commissioning, service visits, and ensure customer satisfaction. # Collaborate with vendors/manufacturing unit/ during project execution and also locate replacement components and resolve advanced problems.# Site visit to ensure timely, smoothly & safely execution of project site. # Lead team of 2-3 engineers, provided technical guidance, help in troubleshooting, peer review, and mentorship to junior engineers engaged in the project.# Troubleshooting of problems like High DP, Pressure drop, Stack emission, Low dust discharge, Inadequate suction, Timercard malfunctioning, Corrosion, etc. # Assigning contractor, Skilled workers for erection & site working & leading them for erection-fabrication work.# Handling / Supervise Erection & commissioning of Baghouse, Cyclone, MDC, Spark Arrestor, wet scrubber, Ventilation duct, Chimney at different sites.# Training to the project peoples/operators about the system, how to operate the system , fault access, problem resolution, etc. # Met with customers to discuss service needs and offer available solutions. # Retrofitting of existing APC equipment for better performance like Tubesheet changing / Flue gas distribution screen fitment / manifold arrangement in Pulse-jet Bag filter. # Identify & Suggest a solution to the problems associated with your Fume extraction system, Dedusting system, Process baghouse etc.# ID Fan, Baghouse, Duct inspection at vendors work perior to dispatch to site.
