I played a pivotal role in both PATIENT INTERACTION and maintaining OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY for the administrative team. I served as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, managing appointments, handling patient records, and ensuring efficient communication within the hospital. This allowed me to provide valuable information and guidance, ensuring a positive experience for all. In addition to this, I was responsible for assisting with billing, maintaining office supplies, helping with reports and handling inquiries from patients and staff. These tasks were crucial in keeping administrative processes organized and contributing to the seamless functioning of the hospital.
