I played a pivotal role in both PATIENT INTERACTION and maintaining OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY for the administrative team. I served as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, managing appointments, handling patient records, and ensuring efficient communication within the hospital. This allowed me to provide valuable information and guidance, ensuring a positive experience for all. In addition to this, I was responsible for assisting with billing, maintaining office supplies, helping with reports and handling inquiries from patients and staff. These tasks were crucial in keeping administrative processes organized and contributing to the seamless functioning of the hospital.

I was a part of SHIKSHA PROJECT , where we help rural children to get education effortlessly, where i developed new strategies, promote social media campaigns with creative content writing, communicate with people and raise funds for this noble cause.

During my internship, I was stationed within the MANUFACTURING and QUALITY CONTROL department, where my primary responsibility was to ensure the production of medicines adhered to stringent quality standards. I oversaw the production process, conducted quality inspections, and maintained detailed production records. If I detected any deviations from standard procedures, I promptly reported them to my supervisors. I diligently checked the quality of the products to ensure they met all safety and efficacy requirements, making sure they were safe and effective for consumer use.
