Resource Utilization and Data Analysis:Collect and analyze employee data to identify trends and key areas for resource deployment. Prepare and present reports on resource usage, availability, and projections to management.Project Scheduling and Coordination:Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules using tools like Saviom and WinrR. Coordinate with managers to track resource utilization, availability, and release.Dashboard Preparation and Reporting:Prepare weekly dashboards to gain insights into resource availability, project activations, extensions, and closures. Ensure accurate record-keeping and update tracking systems.Resource Allocation and Budget Control:Assign resources to projects based on availability and client needs. Monitor and control resource budgets to ensure cost-effective use and minimal bench costs.Interdepartmental Collaboration and Issue Resolution:Work with various departments to understand resource requirements and constraints. Address and resolve resource-related issues, facilitate hiring processes, and monitor new projects and Statements of Work (SOWs) for discrepancies.
