I serve as an Infrastructure Tech Support Analyst with a focus on providing bilingual support to global clients. In this role, I’m responsible for addressing a wide range of technical issues, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering efficient solutions.I work extensively in Azure, managing day-to-day tasks such as monitoring and maintaining Windows environments, executing basic Linux commands, and handling client requests, including VM management and access controls. My responsibilities also include troubleshooting system alerts, resolving service tickets, and ensuring that all client interactions are well-documented and resolved within SLAs.My role as an L1 resource involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure, constantly striving to meet the highest standards of service delivery.
