 Worked in Telecom domain on OSS & BSS projects. Performed System Integration Testing, Functional E2E Testing, Billing Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity Testing, Production environment Testing ,Browser Compatibility Testing, GUI Testing & User Acceptance Testing [UAT]. Performed system, black-box, functional, health check and regression testing on the Agile and Waterfall process of Telecom account. Conducted reviews of technical specification documents such as HLD, LLD, and Operational Run Guide documents, and ensured that these are accurate, relevant, complete and understandable. Created, edited, and maintained test scripts, test cases, test logs, test files, and issue logs for various STLC jobs. Executed test scripts that included cases, data and procedure on-time and with quality. Communicated with UAT testers and developers for issues raised and updated them with resolutions. Monitored STLC workflow jobs and access the database. Identified, investigated, reported and tracked issues to closure. Reported directly to the Project Manager, STLC Lead and QA Lead for daily status reports and issues logs.

 Worked on STLC process in the training period.Attended various workshops on IT Business process,Software Testing life cycle,Methodology of Software testing i.e.Agile,Waterfall model and several Automation tools training on UFT/QTP,Selenium and Load runner.  Involved in a Web project for a Telecom(Internet service provider) company Reviewed business requirements and functional specifications to determine test requirements that were used in creating test plans and test cases. Attended training in the field of making test cases and data, Tracking defects and test status, performing integration, functional and compatibility testing. Attended training with the development team on analysis of code hotspots, test coverage, and defect discovery and resolution. Submitted end of week progress and monthly defect analysis reports of assigned training projects, and communicated with business analysts during requirement walkthroughs. Involved in Team building activities among trainees.
