Responsibilities: Lead Strategy, Product Research, Intellectual Property, Production Support Aligning research objective with business strategy & customer needs Identification of Research Projects Managing IP for the organization : Sourcing, Protection (Amendments/Draft), Mitigate business risk Designing specifications, Recommend potential focus areas for IP, Liaise with Attorneys Manage transformation of research into technology for mass production Provide consultative support to production units in streamlining production of new products Help marketing department on new product Conduct feasibility studies Develop Maintain Documentation of new products i.e. Tech. & Mech. Safety manuals Vendor Management : Specification, Liaising, negotiations, Control Controller of Design and Specifications for the organization Manage Research Program : Plan, Budget, Execute, Monitor and report Overall stakeholder communication
