Cadient Texting Solution (CTS): CTS is Texting Solution designed to add Texting and chatbot functionality into the existing product. It is designed/developed in such a way that it can beintegrated into different ATS. The first version is already in the UAT phase.Responsibilities:• Took part in various product discussions and planning, also worked on designing. Was part of designing User Stories• Worked on Docker and Kubernetes setup in Lower environments and groom the teammembers• Got experience working in Azure DevOps.Other than CTS:• Managing a team of 4, and working with them in various Integration Projects• Worked on various features like – Interview Scheduling, Video Interviewing, DecisionThe point, Prospects, Applicant Import• Added JSON support in existing DXC Suite• Cadient Resource Center (CRC) – API-fication of existing databases of various projectsand providing APIs for precalculated data to make it available for various purposes

Primarily focused on the implementation of integrations with third-party vendors. Work involved managing and implementing new integrations with different vendors. I also maintained different types of import/export feeds.• Complete ownership of managing this suite, leading team of two people• Documenting every process and enhancements• Lead on various projects responsible from PRD Design, Design Document and Coding • Also worked on multiple projects, environment at once• Worked with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve upon the development/debug techniques.• Participated in code and design reviews to ensure quality and conformance to product standards.
