Working in Food & Beverage department as a Revenue Executive helped Mukul in learning about the whole revenue process and how to not only make the revenue on ground but to register the same into our systems to maintain the profitability of the department.

Working as an executive, Mukul learnt about the MICE day-to-day operations and involved in the process of making the flow better and profitable by using his skills like Microsoft excel, stakeholder management, communications.Mukul also got involved in the hiring process of Banquet Asset Managers(BAM) for all the banquets OYO caters to across North, Central and North - Eastern regions of India and supported in hiring 45+ BAMs over a time period of 4 months.
