Leading a team for Designing of Diesel engines.Exposure to large diesel engines for marine and military applications.

Team lead for design and development of Manual Transaxles.Responsible for drivetrain development for Tata Tiago, Tigor, Manza, etc.Responsible for AMT adaptation on current production manual transaxles. Responsible for inhouse development of DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission)

Worked with various customers for drivetrain projects. Major stint was with 1) Chrysler (Detroit, USA) from 2004 to 20092) Tata Motors (Pune, India) from 2009 to 2015subsequently I was absobed in Tata Motors.

I was deputed to Chrysler from Tata Technologies. Initial work responsibilities was to provide modelling support for engine components. Later on I was transferred to Knowledge Based Engineering. This groul was responsible for assimilating historical institutional knowledge base of the company to make it user friendly for current group of designers. This was a great opportunity to work on semi- floating rear axles and hypoid gears.
