Summer training project included study of different machinery study. I did calculated the TR (Tonnes of refrigeration) efficiency of chiller unit in the biscuit plant and also the efficiency of chiller unit thereby finding some corrective approach to increase the efficiency of chiller unit.The project also comprised study of flour handling system and pneumatic conveying system.
