FINANCIAL LEASE ANALYST· Working in the operations Team for Product “Genie” bringing the Non-Con- trolling JV Data into the system correctly so that ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) Faces no error and needful information about the JV properties (Residential and commercial) can be accessed from the system· Responsible for the timely and accurate ingestion of Rent Roll and Receivables data from JV properties into the Genie Data Warehouse· Analysis and Formatting of rent rolls and receivables for multi-family residential apartments, office space, retail space, and self-storage asset class and then incorporate the changes in the template for residential and commercial properties· Validation of Rent Roll data in Looker and help the ETL team resolve Job failure and find the errors in the JV templates· Documentation of SOP for Real estate Operational data ingestion· Learned new technologies like PRODA, LOOKER, and JIRA as applicable to help with the genie platform execution· Working Single-handedly on residential properties for PRODA to streamline the ETL process that was done through a lot of manual intervention to a 90% automatic workflow· Doing the market survey, based on the status of units - renovated/classic/partially renovated, update the rents and the occupancy for the comps as well as the property under Prospect.· Managing a portfolio of renovation trackers (upgrade cost, premium, Budget vs Actual) for multiple ownership groups and ensuring accurate information is being recorded and provided· Connecting with property managers for the findings and questions related to the tracking log and making the corrections as per the responses·Performing other tasks related to renovation tracking logs like Floorplan Audit, Market Rent Evaluation audit, Reporting requirements for investors, and making Draw requests for reimbursement of Expenses
