• End to end delivery management across matrix• Review the overall plans for the program, ensuring that all project are effectively planned in terms of priorities and deliverables • Ensure project milestones and targets are met by actively managing project on a day to day basis through appropriate resource, issue, and risk • Lead the detailed planning and management of the project through to project completion• Identify Internal and external stake holders for the account managed and develop an engagement calendar • Monthly review on program level risks with key stakeholders• Involved in pre-sales, new business development activities. • Resource & effort estimation and utilization requirement for the account.• Purchase order processing, invoice and revenue assurance• Liaisons with Business Senior Management and involved in strategic discussions• Review SLAs compliance status on an ongoing basis and make strategies to overcome non- compliance
