This was instrumental in Accenture winning the application maintenance contract for 600,000 dollar .

• Moved projects from Chennia to Mumbai in order to reduce engagement operating cost by co-locating all projects for the client. This led to an overall reduction of 15% operating cost for projects attributed to reduction on duplication of infrastructure and resources. • Was responsible for planning and execution of all phases of the project lifecycle, leading to successful implementation 8 months under budget and on- schedule.

• Helped deliver a $10 MM archival solution for the client by evaluating Third Party Enterprise products and choosing the optimal one.• Helped design and deliver all the changes required for client to report to the US federal agency which administers Medicare, Medicaid, and the State Children's Health Insurance Program.
