Ms. Mulcahy practices family law in New Mexico. Primary litigation takes place in Bernalillo, Sandoval, and Valencia Counties, although clients in other counties may be taken on a case by case basis. Practice areas include the creation and modification of child custody plans and child support orders, adoption, kinship guardianship, grandparent visitation, uncontested divorces, and mediation. Ms. Mulcahy is skilled in the negotiation and litigation of family law issues to achieve the best possible outcome from often the worst time in a client's life.Ms. Mulcahy graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2013 and has dedicated her practice to family law, negotiating and litigating cases for families throughout the State of New Mexico. Ms. Mulcahy’s individual practice is dedicated to improving her New Mexican community, whether it is through quality legal services, regular pro bono work, or annual donations to local nonprofits.
