Ballast Nedam upgrades the port of Saint Lucia to accommodate larger cruise ships. The works comprises the expansion of the existing berth and the construction of three mooring dolphins. After the expansion, the existing cruise facilities will also be suitable for Quantum Class cruise ships.

During my Master Thesis I analysed the creativity skills of the engineering consultancy firm. The company was interested to know how creative they are at the designing stage, and how much this creativity influences their distinguished ability. I also analysed the pricing differences between engineering consultancy firms in the Dutch market.
