l currently work part time in Mullen's Pub. l have being working here for the past 6 years. I am responsible for opening and closing the pub, managing money, ordering stock and ensuring the pub is always kept clean and tidy. In this role I have developed my confidence, ability to deal with people, my problem solving, communication and customer service skills.

I was responsible for the managing the cash at the cash desk, making sure the customers are satiated and ensuring that cash balances at the end of each day and the right amount of money is available in the branch. l dealt with all customer queries in an effective, professional and complaint manner. l also provided an excellent level of customer service over the telephone an face to face to the customers. l supported the day to day operation of customer services within the branch.

I was responsible for placing domed over caps on baby food cans. I was also responsible for packing the cans into the certain boxes. In this role my communication skills have improved and I have more confidants in the work that I undertake. My leadership skills and commmunication have grew from working here.
